This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, clinical, and operations teams to gather requirements and establish business logic prior to project initiation.
• Create and maintain documentation that ensures team alignment, including feature specifications, process documentation for clinical and operational rollouts, and training reference materials.
• Lead the launch of features from testing to release, coordinating with design, engineering, clinical operations, and training to ensure each launch has defined owners, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the systems that assess feature performance post-launch, overseeing A/B testing and performance tracking involving clinicians, operations staff, and patients.
• Document decisions, including who made them and the rationale behind them, translating these into tickets with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Utilize AI tools on a daily basis to enhance your productivity, including writing requirements documentation, synthesizing meeting notes, identifying action items, drafting release notes, and automating tasks.
• Experience collaborating with or within design and engineering teams, with a solid understanding of software development processes.
• Proven fluency with AI tools: You regularly employ AI tools to accelerate writing, improve research capabilities, and automate various workflows for yourself and your team. We will request demonstrations of your usage.
• Excellent written communication skills: Ability to convey information clearly, directly, and precisely.
• Experience in drafting requirements documentation and defining acceptance criteria.
• Proficient in project and task management platforms such as Linear, Jira, or Asana.
• Capability to create order in unstructured environments; you do not wait for a system to be provided.
• Experience in delivering products for operations or clinical teams as a key user.
• Background in small teams that have achieved significant outcomes.
• Experience in health technology, digital health, or clinical operations.
• Prior work in a startup or early-stage company is preferred.
• Background in product management, program management, product operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience coordinating comprehensive product launches, including training and readiness, is preferred.
