This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, clinical, and operations stakeholders to gather requirements and business logic prior to project initiation.
• Create and maintain documentation that ensures team alignment.
• Lead feature launches from the testing phase through to release.
• Manage the systems that evaluate the performance of features post-launch.
• Document decisions made, including who made them and the reasoning behind them.
• Utilize AI tools on a daily basis to enhance your productivity, including writing requirements documentation, synthesizing meeting notes, identifying action items, drafting release notes, and automating tasks.
• Experience collaborating with or within design and engineering teams, with a solid understanding of software development processes.
• Proven fluency with AI tools: You actively use AI technologies to enhance writing speed, improve research quality, and automate aspects of your and your team's workflows. Demonstrations of this will be requested.
• Excellent written communication skills: Able to convey information clearly, directly, and accurately.
• Proficient in writing requirements documentation and defining acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with project and task management tools such as Linear, Jira, or Asana.
• Capability to establish structure in ambiguous situations; you proactively create systems rather than waiting for direction.
• Experience in delivering products for operations or clinical teams, serving as a key user.
• Background in small teams that have successfully delivered significant outcomes.
• Experience in health tech, digital health, or clinical operations.
• Preferred: Experience in a startup or early-stage company.
• Preferred: Background in product management, program management, product operations, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience managing end-to-end product launches, including training and readiness initiatives.
