Product Experience Owner, Verint Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage the operational roadmap for Verint Operations Manager, focusing on the standardization and optimization of workflows.

• Establish enterprise standards related to task design, workflow structure, prioritization, and governance of execution.

• Convert operational execution needs into platform capabilities, configuration standards, and system requirements.

• Ensure that operational workflows meet performance, compliance, and service-level expectations.

• Uphold a strong documentation discipline, which includes operational standards, configuration guidance, and platform runbooks.

• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for operational leaders and execution teams.

• Serve as the main point of contact between CX stakeholders and Technology Product Owners, ensuring a mutual understanding of business requirements, performance objectives, and platform capabilities.

• Collaborate with Technology Product Owners during sprint planning, backlog grooming, and the execution of deliveries.

• Evaluate analyst and vendor outputs for quality, adherence to standards, and operational feasibility.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to Operational Analysts involved in Operations Manager initiatives.

• Clearly communicate complex quality and analytics concepts in an executive-ready format to aid leadership decision-making.

• Function effectively within an agile, matrix-based environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent level of relevant experience.

• Significant experience in back-office operational execution settings.

• Proven experience in providing operational product ownership or business consulting for enterprise-level workflow or task management platforms.

• Strong background working at the intersection of operations and technology in complex, multi-account environments.

• Extensive experience with Verint Operations Manager or similar workflow orchestration solutions.

• Demonstrated capability to standardize, optimize, and scale operational execution models across various lines of business.
