This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the responsible party for overseeing and driving all productization workstreams necessary for product launches, including new products, significant features, or capability releases across internal hub, pharmacy, and external hub product lines.
• Establish and manage pre-launch checklists for product releases to ensure all cross-functional deliverables (operations, technology, compliance, marketing, documentation) are finalized and approved before the product's go-to-market date.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to organize and sequence product launch activities, milestones, and dependencies before commencing internal and external communication.
• Proactively recognize and escalate risks, obstacles, and gaps in product launch preparedness; facilitate solutions with relevant stakeholders.
• Engage in Quarterly Product Business Reviews, offering updates on product launch preparedness, product operations status, and significant initiatives.
• Work with the marketing team on collateral, messaging, and campaign execution associated with product launches and updates.
• Contribute to external-facing product documentation such as client-facing materials, provider guides, and patient support resources in collaboration with PMs and Product Owners.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in product operations, project management, or a related field; experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or hub services industries is highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving deliverables to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in creating and maintaining product or operational documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in developing patient journey maps or similar workflow/process documentation is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
