📋 Description

• Drive continuous enhancements to the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) — the essential processes, rituals, and tools that Product Managers utilize daily — to support Product Management leadership in maximizing team productivity and product excellence.

• Take ownership of the product roadmap: the tools, infrastructure, and governance that ensure our roadmap remains comprehensive, precise, and transparent to all stakeholders.

• Collaborate directly with Product Management leadership to pinpoint bottlenecks and friction points within the PDLC and create solutions that enhance PM speed, quality, and consistency.

• Develop and uphold "ready-to-develop & prioritized" backlog standards, ensuring PRD quality before products enter the development phase.

• Lead process enablement by creating templates, playbooks, RACI charts, and rituals that can scale effectively with the team.

• Design and maintain our product operations technical stack, implementing robust configurations in Jira/Confluence and establishing automated system integrations.

• Discover and deploy AI-driven tools and workflows that significantly accelerate PM tasks — including requirements drafting, backlog grooming, and synthesizing customer insights — focusing on measurable efficiency improvements.

• Set governance standards for roadmap data (date confidence levels, field hygiene, update frequency) applicable across all PMs.

• Ensure the roadmap is thorough, accurate, and readily accessible to key stakeholders.

• Create reporting and dashboards that provide leadership with insights into roadmap health and delivery risks through native Jira dashboards and newly developed AI-built dashboards.

• Partner with TPM and Implementation Managers to ensure that release operations meet our roadmap commitments to customers.

• Work alongside Product leadership to organize and facilitate team-wide events (e.g., product all-hands, onsite meetings, monthly product reviews, etc.), managing logistics and coordination to allow the team to concentrate on content and connectivity.

• Oversee the onboarding experience specific to functions for new product managers.

• Define and monitor metrics related to Product team performance and process health.

• Provide Product leadership with regular updates on capacity and process health.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher.

• At least 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or related roles within rapidly growing tech companies.

• Extensive experience with product management and collaboration tools:

• Required: Jira/Confluence, Claude (or another leading AI system).

• Preferred: Jira Product Discovery, Cursor, Notion.

• Demonstrated success in implementing and enhancing product development processes, metrics frameworks, and operational systems that boost efficiency and quality.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the capacity to modify processes to meet varying team needs while ensuring organizational alignment.

• Experience in leading or contributing to a team's transition towards AI-driven workflows — discerning where AI can genuinely enhance workflow and where it may be extraneous, and guiding the team towards its disciplined adoption.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a background in influencing cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and budgeting processes to maximize team efficiency and product delivery.

• A rigorous, data-driven approach to product operations, having developed metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that ensure visibility into product performance and team effectiveness.

🏝️ Benefits

• Competitive salary and equity based on the role.

• Policies and management that promote work/life balance, including flexible paid time off and parental leave programs.

• 100% paid-premium option for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

• Lifestyle stipend to support your physical, emotional, and financial well-being.

• Flexible work-from-home policy and openness to remote work.

• Options for remote work and WFH, as well as a beautiful, state-of-the-art office located in Dallas’ Deep Ellum for those who prefer an office environment.

• Employee-led initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
