Product Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the go-to-market strategy for new digital product introductions and feature rollouts.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to develop product positioning, messaging, and launch materials.

• Ensure effective communication of new capabilities across all digital platforms.

• Spearhead on-site activation events.

• Create and manage product-centric content, such as videos, training resources, demos, release communications, and knowledge assets.

• Guarantee that digital experiences showcase the latest product features and promotional offers.

• Provide support to internal teams with educational and adoption resources for products.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Corporate Marketing, Property Marketing, and Unity Marketing.

• Work with Corporate and Property Social Media Managers to ensure consistent representation across channels.

• Assess adoption rates and enhance engagement for product launches and marketing efforts.

• Collect feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine product communication and adoption strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Marketing or Digital Marketing.

• Proven track record of successfully launching digital products and driving customer engagement.

• Strong expertise in crafting product messaging, launch strategies, presentations, videos, and training materials.

• Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex product features.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams.

• Knowledge of digital content management systems, analytics tools, and AI-driven content creation applications.

• Familiarity with video production and presentation software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) is advantageous.
