Product Ops Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a centralized project management system utilizing Microsoft Planner and/or Project across both Services and Product domains.

• Convert four H2 OKRs into monitored workstreams with designated owners, timelines, and interdependencies.

• Conduct regular status check-ins, track deadlines, and identify potential risks.

• Foster accountability for project milestones, deliverables, and timelines without having direct management authority over team members.

• Facilitate collaboration across Services and Product teams by pinpointing dependencies, conflicts in timelines, and resource limitations.

• Establish and uphold project intake and prioritization procedures.

• Prepare and present executive-level status reports to the General Manager.

• Distill intricate execution data into actionable updates that emphasize business impact, milestones, risks, and necessary decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project/program management in both a services or agency delivery context and a product setting.

• Certification in Project Management or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Planner and/or Microsoft Project.

• Capability to design scalable project management solutions and set standardized processes.

• Proficiency in driving operational adoption across various teams.

• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without having direct reporting authority.

• Demonstrated success in working across multiple business functions and delivery models.

• Experience in aligning diverse stakeholders and promoting execution through collaboration, communication, and shared accountability.

• Comfortable working in situations of uncertainty and adapting to changing business priorities.

• Skilled in designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing operational processes, governance, and execution frameworks.
