Senior Product Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design of reporting, data pipelines, and validation for essential clinical metrics such as Permanent CVC Order Utilization, Care Activity On-Time Reporting, Pure Flow Flagging, and Vital Check Compliance.

• Collaborate with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders to define metrics, establish baselines, and analyze clinical workflows.

• Develop and enhance advanced SQL pipelines and BigQuery data models to facilitate scalable self-service analytics.

• Automate Key Result (KR) reporting processes to reduce manual compilation efforts.

• Perform peer reviews, quality checks, and root-cause analysis on any clinical data discrepancies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of progressive experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare business intelligence, or product analytics.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL.

• Significant experience with cloud data platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery.

• Strong comprehension of clinical workflows, EHR data structures, and clinical quality metrics.

• Python/ETL scripting abilities are highly advantageous.

• Willingness to participate in internal and external meetings via video calls, as required.

• Capability to visit corporate or client offices for onsite work, as necessary.

• For roles involving business travel and/or event participation, the ability to lift 25 lbs is essential.

• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required for positions that necessitate business travel and/or event attendance.
