Senior Product Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Planning for Channel Engagement

• Collaborate with Product Groups and the Solutions Team to establish a release schedule

• Develop a Marketing plan aligned with the release timeline

• Partner with Sales to create an Engagement Plan

• Engage with Customers and foster Opportunity Development

• Deliver presentations at Distributor locations

• Conduct Workshops with Distributors and Customers on new Solutions and New Product Introductions (NPI’s)

• Assist the team in cultivating relationships with key accounts and ecosystem partners, both internal and external

• Lead the identification of opportunities and differentiation at both the solution and product levels across key industrial segments

• Enable Solutions and act as an Evangelist

• Oversee the promotion and positioning of relevant application-focused solutions

• Advocate for cross-business solution initiatives at a strategic level

• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Encourage cooperation among the BD team, field sales, FAEs, marketing, and business units

• Represent the regional perspective in corporate planning and solution development

• Provide market intelligence feedback to business units

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline

• Over 8 years of experience in business development, marketing, or technical sales

• Profound knowledge of the Industrial market, particularly in Building Automation, Industrial Automation, or Energy sectors

• Demonstrated ability to follow up on leads and nurture relationships in the field

• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication abilities

• Capability to operate efficiently in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
