Partner AI Enablement Manager – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish a premier ecosystem of AI Agent partners that enhances revenue generation and fosters successful customer outcomes.

• Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and confidence to utilize Cresta AI Agents effectively.

• Work in close collaboration with Partner Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Create and implement enablement programs tailored for partners.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Cresta AI Agents and develop thorough enablement initiatives.

• Facilitate scalable partner readiness and accreditation programs using various approaches.

• Monitor and report on partner readiness and the effectiveness of training programs.

• Collaborate extensively with Engineering and Product teams to produce partner-specific enablement resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Customer Success, or related fields.

• More than 5 years of experience in the Contact Center industry.

• Experience collaborating with ISV, SI, and BPO partners in SaaS or enterprise technology settings.

• A strong desire to become a platform expert and offer technical advice.

• Capability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Exceptional communication skills — capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
