This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as the strategic operations collaborator for the AMS Zone Sales Leader, converting global and zone-level objectives into actionable operational strategies.
• Co-manage the AMS Management Operating Rhythm (MOR), which includes weekly pipeline reviews, opportunity evaluations, Sales Manager meetings, and forecasting calls.
• Assess, analyze, and enhance existing sales processes and procedures, proactively identifying bottlenecks that hinder pipeline velocity or skew reporting.
• Oversee the complete AMS forecasting process. Lead the weekly forecast call alongside the AMS Zone Sales Leader and Sales Managers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency with the global Siemens Software rhythm.
• Maintain ongoing forecast visibility that empowers the Zone Sales Leader to project numbers confidently.
• Take ownership of and drive performance on crucial SaaS metrics for the zone, including ARR, GRR, NRR, ACV Bookings, and OPEX.
• Collaborate with GTM Finance to ensure that zone performance aligns with financial objectives, contributing to a comprehensive and accurate Zone P&L.
• Transform pipeline data and achievement metrics into P&L-relevant narratives for senior leadership and corporate performance evaluations.
• Assist the Zone Sales Leader in making commercial decisions that are informed by P&L implications.
• Guarantee the quality of Salesforce data, adherence to opportunity management standards, and accuracy in quoting throughout the AMS sales team.
• Identify and address operational friction points, including process gaps, tooling challenges, or data inconsistencies that may impede pipeline velocity or distort reporting.
• Collaborate with the Global GTM Ops team to execute tooling and process enhancements in the AMS zone, serving as the local implementation leader for global initiatives.
• Act as the AMS GTM Ops liaison for GSCS Zone Ops, Finance, Growth/Marketing, and Global GTM Ops.
• Ensure that AMS-specific insights and operational learnings contribute to global discussions; effectively translate global directives into local implementations.
• Navigate the Siemens Software matrix organization with assurance, balancing global compliance with local agility.
• Lead, develop, and mentor two direct reports within the AMS GTM Ops team.
• Cultivate a high-performance, data-driven team culture characterized by clear ownership and a proactive approach.
• 6–12 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a SaaS or enterprise software setting.
• At least 3 years of experience in a regional or zone-level operations role with a focus on the Americas (North America at minimum).
• Proven history of managing forecasting cycles and pipeline reporting for a significant revenue organization (over $50M ARR or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to bridge Sales and Finance, translating pipeline data and achievements into P&L-relevant narratives for senior leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) for opportunity management, pipeline reporting, and large-scale data hygiene.
• Experience with enterprise forecasting tools (e.g., Clari or equivalent) and strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Proven track record of managing or mentoring at least one direct report in an operational context.
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities in matrixed, multi-geographic organizations.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
