This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate and lead comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for significant product launches, strategic feature rollouts, and cross-departmental initiatives within Drata's product lineup.
• Serve as the designated product marketing lead across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement—ensuring alignment and execution through influential collaboration and high-quality work.
• Develop and uphold launch plans, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and readiness criteria so that every stakeholder is aware of requirements and deadlines.
• Assist in managing and enhancing the new product introduction (NPI) process along with associated launch frameworks, templates, and governance consistently.
• Contribute to ongoing communication efforts that keep GTM leadership, executive leadership team (ELT), and the revenue organization updated on launches, risks, milestones, and forthcoming initiatives.
• Create essential internal and external materials needed for launches—such as messaging, presentations, one-pagers, launch briefs, enablement content, and executive-ready documentation.
• Collect field insights, stakeholder feedback, and launch learnings to continually refine messaging, processes, and execution quality.
• Over 8 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, launch management, or a closely related B2B SaaS role.
• Demonstrated success in executing complex product launches across various teams and functions.
• Strong capability to establish structure in uncertain environments and translate processes into actionable execution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—particularly for engaging executive audiences and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven experience in creating messaging, launch content, and field-facing materials that drive adoption and revenue results.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines concurrently.
• Comfortable working at both strategic and highly hands-on levels.
• Prior experience in cybersecurity, compliance, GRC, risk, trust, or related B2B SaaS sectors is highly desirable.
