This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and oversee a top-tier market intelligence function, encompassing segmentation, TAM/SAM analysis, buyer personas, and competitive benchmarking.
• Provide insights to executive leadership regarding market trends, risks, and opportunities, influencing strategic decisions and investment priorities.
• Convert insights into actionable strategies that shape product roadmaps, go-to-market focus, and commercial execution.
• Manage the communication strategy for Phare across both internal and external audiences.
• Define and maintain the enterprise-wide messaging framework for Phare, ensuring a distinct, scalable narrative across portfolios and buyer personas (clinical, financial, IT).
• Enhance storytelling to position Phare as a leading, AI-driven platform and category-defining solution.
• Direct the creation of impactful content and thought leadership that strengthens brand credibility and competitive advantage.
• Oversee the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for product launches, platform expansions, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of positioning, pricing/packaging inputs, sales enablement, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Propel disciplined execution with defined milestones, governance, and measurable business outcomes.
• Act as a senior, trusted partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience.
• Foster alignment among leadership stakeholders to ensure a cohesive strategy and execution.
• Serve as the central coordinator for complex, cross-portfolio initiatives, ensuring consistency and expedited market entry.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to design and scale integrated demand generation, customer advocacy, and thought leadership programs (e.g., KLAS, industry positioning).
• Establish success metrics linked to pipeline, revenue, and adoption; hold teams accountable for tangible outcomes.
• Regularly evaluate performance and optimize marketing investments to enhance ROI.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the Phare platform, roadmap, and innovation priorities.
• Partner with Product leadership to guide roadmap direction based on market signals, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Advocate for customer-centric storytelling through case studies, executive narratives, and strategic communications.
• Enhance how R1 conveys innovation, AI capabilities, and measurable outcomes to the market.
• Reinforce market credibility and trust through consistent, value-driven messaging.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Over 10 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, demonstrating increased scope and leadership responsibility.
• Preferred domain expertise in healthcare and/or revenue cycle.
• Proven track record in leading go-to-market strategies and driving measurable business outcomes (pipeline, growth, adoption).
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence senior leadership while operating effectively at a senior level.
• Exceptional strategic thinking paired with strong execution discipline.
• Excellent communication abilities, including executive presentations and impactful storytelling.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the capability to align diverse stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing data and analytics to inform decisions and showcase ROI.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini).
