This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in executing product go-to-market strategies for Revenue teams by converting product strategy into actionable initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Legal, Pricing, and Revenue teams to ensure alignment during go-to-market execution.
• Aid in field and launch readiness activities, making certain that materials and processes are consistent with go-to-market strategies.
• Help in translating product and marketing insights into actionable go-to-market strategies for Revenue teams.
• Collect and disseminate field feedback to Product and Marketing teams to enhance positioning and execution.
• Work alongside GTM Enablement to guarantee that launch strategies are effectively transformed into readiness plans, field communications, and execution support.
• Identify gaps and risks, and escalate issues to stakeholders to facilitate prompt resolution.
• Provide insights for prioritization discussions based on field data and feedback.
• Analyze data and deliver insights to aid go-to-market decision-making.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment during product launches.
• Over 8 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, enablement, consulting, or a similar role, preferably in FinTech, payments, SaaS, or another fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in translating product strategies into field-ready go-to-market plans that enhance launch adoption, execution quality, or commercial results.
• Significant experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales leadership, Analytics, Legal, Pricing, and Enablement teams.
• Capability to bridge high-level product strategies with practical execution in sales, partnerships, and customer-facing teams.
• Proven ability to ask incisive questions, foster clarity, and influence decisions in uncertain or rapidly changing environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and operational discipline, with experience in leading complex launches, readiness efforts, or end-to-end go-to-market motions.
• Experience in establishing feedback loops between frontline teams and Product or Marketing for improved positioning, packaging, and execution.
• Excellent analytical skills, capable of leveraging data and field insights to shape recommendations and evaluate success.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders across various functions and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with merchant, payments, or fintech ecosystems is highly preferred.
