This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define, implement, and operationalize Lexia’s market strategy for professional learning solutions.
• Create market strategy and long-term positioning for professional learning.
• Shape product and portfolio decisions by leveraging insights from the market, buyers, and educators.
• Oversee go-to-market strategy and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
• Establish benchmarks for sales enablement and market readiness by developing scalable frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders in Product, Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Marketing, Research, and Education Partnerships.
• Deliver continuous competitive, market, and customer intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, education, business, or a related field; advanced degree is highly preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related fields, demonstrating senior-level scope and impact.
• Extensive experience in education, professional learning, SaaS, or mission-driven environments is preferred.
• Proven track record in influencing strategy and decision-making through market insights, critical analysis, and executive-level communication.
• Advanced skills in positioning and messaging development for complex solutions sold to multi-stakeholder buying groups.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product in environments that necessitate influence, alignment, and sound judgment over direct authority.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey confidence, credibility, and executive presence in high-stakes or ambiguous situations.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills, with a comfort in operating independently on complex initiatives.
• Pragmatic Marketing Certification or an equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and familiar with tools that support sales enablement, marketing operations, and cross-functional execution.
