📋 Description

• Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy along with quarterly tactical plans for math products.

• Oversee the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements.

• Construct a buyer journey map to guide product positioning and messaging that distinguishes Great Minds, incorporating case studies, presentation proposals, and testimonials from current customers.

• Formulate marketing strategies based on audience insights obtained through research and close collaboration with both the math product team and the sales team.

• Monitor and analyze data (utilizing HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics) to understand consumer behavior and apply insights to math marketing initiatives.

• Ensure consistent messaging across all customer-facing communications and materials.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships by working in partnership with the math product team, including the Director of Product Management for math and the math Product Managers.

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Product Management for math to relay new product features and benefits to sales, and work alongside sales to create training, resources, and tools that assist in selling.

• Coordinate with the math content team, marketing events team, and math product team to position Great Minds as a leader in math curriculum development at national, regional, and state-level conferences.

• Strategize with Regional Sales Directors to create and collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging customer-facing marketing presentations, web pages, and collateral.

• Align campaigns with the sales funnel stages—top, middle, or bottom—considering influencers, decision-makers, and current customers in messaging.

• Collaborate with the digital marketing team on content for organic and paid social media placements.

• Engage in market research projects to comprehend the national or state-level math curriculum landscape.

• Evaluate industry trends and customer insights to shape product positioning and marketing strategies.

• Integrate research findings to influence the product roadmap.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in crafting and executing innovative strategic product marketing plans, with at least 3 years in managing a high-performing team.

• Over 5 years of experience in developing marketing plans specifically for Math curriculum within the K12 sector.

• Proven experience in launching new products in the education market and facilitating state and district curriculum adoptions.

• Familiarity and experience with CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, etc.).

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across an organization and within functional teams to achieve common goals.

• Comfortable asking questions to enhance understanding of educational products and pedagogical shifts.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to convey complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Experience in managing relationships and priorities among various stakeholders.

• Capable of navigating between strategic projects and tactical tasks.
