• Act as a vital collaborator among marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to facilitate alignment and effective communication. Work closely with stakeholders to drive product success.
• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, feature enhancements, and market expansions, ensuring they align with business goals and market demands.
• Conduct thorough market and customer research to gain insights into user needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends. Convert findings into actionable recommendations for messaging and positioning.
• Develop clear and engaging messaging and positioning tailored to target audiences. Ensure that customer-facing materials (such as website content, sales collateral, and presentations) accurately convey the product’s value proposition.
• Lead and support various aspects of product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams (including product management, sales, and customer success) to ensure effective execution and market impact.
• Create sales enablement resources, training materials, and content to assist sales teams in effectively communicating product value. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for enablement.
• Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to utilize customer insights and feedback to enhance product marketing strategies and bolster customer advocacy.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics for product marketing initiatives. Offer regular updates and strategic recommendations to maximize results.
• Contribute to Deel’s visibility at industry events, webinars, and marketing initiatives. Support thought leadership endeavors, including blogs, case studies, and presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
• Over 7 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or technology sectors.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of market research, customer insights, and data analysis.
• Experience working closely with product management and supporting the product lifecycle.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders and foster team development.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
