This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for Pindrop Passport (authentication), Pindrop Protect (fraud detection), and Fraud Assist (GenAI-powered fraud investigation) within the Core segment.
• Spearhead the launch of new features and platform capabilities for Core buyers, crafting messaging, proof points, and enablement that effectively convey complex AI and biometric technology into tangible business outcomes.
• Create and maintain buyer persona documentation and competitive landscape tailored for Core decision-makers: CISO, CTO, CIO, VP of Contact Center Operations, and Head of Identity.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive sales enablement suite for the Core FSI motion: battle cards, competitive playbooks, demo scripts, ROI models, technical deep-dives, and industry-specific one-pagers.
• Author and refine marketing copy and content throughout the funnel—including website pages, solution briefs, email sequences, blog posts, executive thought leadership, and event materials—upholding Pindrop's evidence-led and AI-authoritative brand voice.
• Collaborate with the growth marketing team to create messaging and content that drive full-funnel pipeline initiatives and ecosystem and ABM strategies in conjunction with Sales and Partners.
• Oversee competitive intelligence for the voice biometrics, IVR security, and contact center authentication sectors, which includes analysis of key competitors, emerging threats, and shifts in market positioning.
• Develop customer success stories and case studies for Core products, quantifying results in authentication accuracy, fraud reduction, handle time, and operational costs.
• Work with the AR function to ensure that the Core product narrative is accurately represented in Gartner and Forrester coverage, including the Magic Quadrant and relevant market guides.
• Provide research, proof points, and thought leadership contributions to the quarterly Pindrop editorial plan.
• Manage Pindrop’s agile pod model for Core go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• 5-8 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience in contact center technology, cybersecurity, identity, authentication, or AI/ML security solutions.
• Direct go-to-market experience with enterprise contact center, IVR, CCaaS, or voice security solutions, demonstrating pipeline and revenue impact.
• A proven track record in developing sales enablement programs and GTM content for technical, complex products aimed at large enterprise accounts.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across various formats: solution briefs, website copy, thought leadership, emails, and executive presentations. A portfolio or writing samples are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills: adept at presenting to both technical teams and C-suite executives.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, and Demand Generation teams.
• Background in FSI, insurance, or regulated enterprise environments as a marketer, buyer, or practitioner.
• Familiarity with CCaaS platforms such as NICE, Five9, Genesys, and Cisco, and their influence on the contact center security purchasing process.
• Experience in AI or ML product marketing within security, identity, or authentication sectors.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust frameworks, SIEM, or enterprise security market trends pertinent to contact center environments.
