This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Act as a key talent advisor and strategic partner to the Go-to-Market (GTM) and Sales leadership teams in the NAMER region.
• Convert business objectives into thorough talent strategies.
• Work collaboratively with VP-level executives, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and cross-functional teams to acquire talent.
• Create and expand recruiting programs that establish a high standard for talent acquisition.
• Develop and nurture trusted relationships with partners across various functions.
• Extensive, comprehensive experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting within global software or similar technology firms, focusing on hiring for: account executives (both new business and strategic), solutions/presales engineers, partnerships, and sales FLM/SLMs.
• Proven ability to engage and influence VP+ level business executives, HRBPs, and cross-functional leadership teams.
• Outstanding communication, critical thinking, and negotiation abilities.
• Expertise in tactics and strategies for securing in-demand talent and handling complex offer packages.
• Strong and consistent leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring recruiters and guiding cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, dynamic, and uncertain environment.
