This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of data products that facilitate marketing initiatives, customer acquisition, member identification and profile management, as well as patient onboarding, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

• Define and prioritize product requirements by collaborating with stakeholders to gather insights and delineate product features.

• Convert strategies, campaign necessities, and lifecycle interactions into defined, actionable product requirements.

• Ensure that requirements bolster segmentation, targeting, measurement, and growth across all channels.

• Own the product roadmap and backlog by creating and sustaining a strategic roadmap that addresses operational and regulatory needs, customer acquisition, member identification and profile management, and patient onboarding, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with changing business objectives and operational excellence.

• Write and adjust SQL queries to facilitate data validation, product performance analysis, and collaboration with analytics teams.

• Lead Agile delivery and execution by acting as the primary contact for Agile delivery teams, overseeing sprint planning, PI planning, and backlog refinement.

• Drive the tracking of velocity and ensure timely updates regarding progress, obstacles, and delivery milestones.

• Validate requirements, accept completed work, and confirm that deliverables meet established acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate across functions by partnering with engineering, analytics, and enterprise stakeholders to provide scalable, data-driven solutions.

• Monitor product performance by tracking usage, adoption, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Act as the first line of defense for operational issues related to Marketing Data Products.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or 8 years of relevant experience without a degree.

• 3–5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a similar role within a data-driven or marketing technology setting.

• Proven experience in Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), including writing user stories, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and PI planning.

• Demonstrated capacity to convert business strategies into technical specifications, product features, user stories, and test cases.

• Experience in managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and tracking velocity.

• Familiarity with data platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to act as the first responder for operational challenges.

• Working knowledge of SQL, with the proficiency to write and modify queries to support data validation, product performance analysis, and collaboration with analytics teams.
