
Senior Product Marketing Manager – Consumer Growth Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead targeted engagement initiatives for Services and RFN users across primary growth channels, including email, push notifications, and in-product messaging, to enhance retention and engagement throughout the user journey.
• Assess campaign performance and collaborate with Growth Science and Operations teams to monitor, analyze, and act upon results.
• Refine recurring user journeys, audience segmentation, feature utilization, and retargeting campaigns to foster repeated engagements with high-intent users.
• Oversee the development, execution, and continuous optimization of growth experiments and campaigns utilizing A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Marketing Technology and Operations teams to establish new marketing capabilities, behavioral signals, and channel optimizations that will enhance engagement and revenue.
• Formulate and implement cross-sell strategies to boost awareness and engagement within the Services and RFN verticals, creating experimentation plans to achieve revenue objectives and executing across key growth channels.
• Work alongside in-house creative design teams to develop top-tier marketing campaigns, partnering with PMM leads to integrate key value propositions and ensure consistent brand messaging across growth channels.
• Initiate audience expansion experiments to broaden reach by enhancing channel opt-in and improving campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to establish engagement loops and promote feature adoption.
• Exhibit strong organizational and interpersonal skills—set priorities, solve problems, multitask, and operate independently in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve consumer insights, marketing strategies, and campaign effectiveness.
• 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated experience in building and optimizing lifecycle programs across owned and operated channels (i.e., email, in-product).
• Experience in developing cross-sell or multi-vertical growth strategies that yield measurable business impact.
• Practical experience with marketing platforms (i.e., Braze) for managing campaign execution, creating audience segmentation, and developing new behavioral signals.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Must be adept at analyzing campaign performance, deriving insights from data, and applying them to real-world execution and optimization.
• Experience with audience expansion strategies, including enhancing marketing opt-ins or broadening reach through growth experimentation.
• Proven ability to manage performance monitoring across a large portfolio of campaigns, with a focus on action and continual optimization.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and prioritization skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills to effectively summarize complex concepts for an executive audience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience with, or a keen interest in, applying AI solutions in growth marketing.
