
Senior Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Neo4j's competitive intelligence initiative throughout the market landscape.
• Create and sustain battlecards and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, sales engineering, and revenue operations to implement organized win-loss programs.
• Develop and deliver training that equips global sellers and SEs to confidently tackle competitive opportunities.
• Refine Neo4j's unique messaging against major competitors.
• Work alongside the AR/PR team on competitive briefings, analyst inquiries, and category narratives.
• Establish and lead cross-functional competitive intelligence initiatives.
• Act as the essential link between market intelligence and product strategy.
• Utilize and enhance Neo4j's internal CI tools and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a similar discipline; MBA is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, or go-to-market strategy within the technology/software sector.
• Direct experience managing competitive intelligence or enablement in a B2B software organization.
• Strong expertise in enterprise data platforms, developer products, or AI infrastructure.
• Technical proficiency to interpret product documentation, pricing pages, benchmarks, and architecture diagrams.
• Demonstrated success in creating battlecards, win-loss programs, and sales enablement materials.
• Exceptional analytical abilities.
• Strong writing and presentation capabilities.
• Proven experience collaborating across product, sales, sales engineering, AR, and PR teams.
• Familiarity with graph databases, vector databases, knowledge graphs, or GenAI/RAG architectures is a significant advantage.
