Senior Product Marketing Manager, Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance and solidify the positioning of Wealthfront’s Cash account, pinpointing eager audiences and new growth avenues for the banking product.

• Collaborate with Wealthfront’s Product team, consumer research, engineering, and design to create a product roadmap that addresses the unmet needs of our customers while generating new business growth opportunities.

• Formulate positioning, audience, and distribution strategies for both new and existing products.

• Design and refine experiments to determine the most effective methods for reaching and converting eager audiences.

• Prepare focused briefs, grounded in business and customer insights, for creative teams to act upon.

• Frequently lead business performance reviews and share findings with the executive leadership team.

• Contribute to the development of the marketing organization's skill set, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and respect.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in consumer product marketing or growth marketing, particularly within technology and/or startup environments.

• A passionate storyteller with excellent communication, presentation, and writing abilities.

• A strategic thinker who appreciates both creativity and marketing effectiveness.

• Capability to impose structure on ambiguity, utilize frameworks, and transform insights into clear, concise, and actionable plans that address complex objectives.

• A data-driven approach with a comfort level in analysis, testing, and measurement techniques, including experience with messaging tests and A/B experiments.

• A humble, accountable leader who is willing to delve into details and has a knack for enabling the success of those around them.

• Knowledge and experience in personal finance is a significant advantage, though not mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
