This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and convey an updated positioning and core messaging framework.
• Create vertical narratives for FSI, Public Sector, Telecom, Healthcare, and High-tech/Manufacturing, each supported by proof points and reference customers.
• Manage and uphold a single source of truth for current product positioning, ensuring it is regularly updated following any changes in the roadmap or scope.
• Oversee outbound customer communications through monthly product update emails, webinars, podcasts, and more.
• Collaborate with product management on release positioning and outbound messaging.
• Develop and sustain battle cards for leading competitors in the data security, DLP, and DSPM sectors, with adoption tracked across all competitive deals.
• Keep competitive materials up to date as the market evolves and as Qohash’s product offerings change.
• Produce a comprehensive launch kit for every significant product release, which includes updated positioning, value propositions, demo scripts, FAQs, objection handling, battle card updates, and AE talk tracks.
• Provide event-specific messaging kits and executive briefing materials.
• Create AE-facing account briefs for major named accounts, detailing buyer maps, technology stack signals, and known challenges.
• Conduct quarterly training sessions on positioning, objection handling, and the competitive landscape.
• Establish a structured field intelligence interview program with founders, sales, and customer success teams to capture objections, winning positioning, competitive movements, and translate these into a cohesive messaging framework.
• Produce key assets targeting ICP pain points: AI governance for unstructured data, DLP modernization, and audit/compliance for regulated sectors.
• Develop named enterprise case studies highlighting the operational metrics that matter to enterprise buyers.
• Create, manage, and update a library of collateral materials and AI skills, embedding automation wherever feasible to ensure uniformity, speed, and thoroughness in the company’s communications.
• Full professional bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
• A strong alignment with our core values and experience in a high-velocity company environment.
• Over 7 years of experience in product marketing within the cybersecurity or data security field, with B2B enterprise SaaS go-to-market experience. Familiarity with AI-driven products is a notable advantage.
• Proven track record of developing messaging that resonates with both technical and executive buyers.
• Experience in building and maintaining competitive intelligence programs, including battle cards.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product teams.
