This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
⢠Create and uphold clear, cohesive narratives across essential institutional workflowsāencompassing data distribution, digital payments and settlements, as well as privacy and confidentialityāensuring consistency and robustness throughout all market-facing materials.
⢠Document and assess comprehensive institutional workflows (such as data licensing, cross-border payments, liquidity management, and confidential transactions), pinpointing key stakeholders, commercial incentives, and areas where Chainlink offers unique value.
⢠Translate complex technologies (including APIs, smart contracts, CCIP, ZK-proofs, MPC, TEEs) into engaging, business-oriented value propositions customized for banks, data providers, compliance teams, and treasury organizations.
⢠Spearhead go-to-market strategies for new products and features within the banking and capital markets portfolio, ensuring that launches are strategically sound, well-coordinated, and linked to measurable business results like adoption and pipeline growth.
⢠Develop scalable sales enablement resourcesāincluding playbooks, proposal frameworks, and competitive positioningāthat empower GTM teams to effectively engage institutional clients without extensive customization.
⢠Collaborate with Product and Sales to shape how solutions are structured, packaged, and monetized, ensuring alignment with institutional buying behaviors and established commercial models.
⢠Serve as the "voice of the market," synthesizing insights from customers, competitors, and industry trends to guide product direction and maintain a clear differentiation from incumbents and emerging alternatives.
⢠Ensure that Chainlinkās privacy and confidentiality capabilities are integrated into all relevant narratives and solutions, addressing regulatory, operational, and commercial needs for institutional adoption.
⢠Minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or related positions within the banking, capital markets, or enterprise financial infrastructure sectors.
⢠Strong comprehension of institutional financial workflows, including at least one of the following: data licensing/distribution, payments and settlements, treasury operations, or regulated data/privacy environments.
⢠Proven capability to convert intricate technical systems into clear, persuasive messaging for enterprise and institutional audiences.
⢠Experience in owning and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or platform products.
⢠Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
⢠Demonstrated ability to create narratives, sales enablement materials, and positioning that resonate with senior decision-makers.
