This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create programs aimed at enhancing awareness, understanding, and adoption of ZoomInfo Talent Solutions across the wider ZoomInfo go-to-market team.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership, overlays, account executives, account managers, and customer success teams to promote engagement and revenue opportunities.
• Design and update the resources utilized by sellers daily, such as: Battlecards, One-pagers, Sales presentations, Competitive positioning, Discovery guides, Customer stories, and Solution briefs.
• Formulate clear and distinct messaging that enables both internal teams and external clients to grasp the value of ZoomInfo Talent Solutions.
• Maintain consistency across sales dialogues, launches, campaigns, customer interactions, and product experiences.
• Spearhead internal launch readiness initiatives for new products, features, and innovations.
• Oversee communication, training, enablement, and activation programs to promote adoption throughout the organization.
• Manage competitive intelligence initiatives and keep battlecards, objection handling frameworks, and market insights that empower sellers to compete more effectively.
• Create customer stories, testimonials, and success narratives that enhance sales discussions and bolster go-to-market strategies.
• Over 6 years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market strategy within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Outstanding storytelling, messaging, and content development abilities.
• Proven experience in creating sales enablement materials that drive measurable adoption.
• Strong skills in competitive intelligence and market analysis.
• Experience in leading cross-functional product launches.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a high level of ownership and independence.
• Bonus Points: Background in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Technology, HR Technology, or Workforce Technology; Familiarity with AI, talent intelligence, sourcing, recruiting workflows, or recruiting automation; Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations.
