• Take ownership of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for essential products, features, or verticals, including launches, releases, and initiatives for market expansion.
• Create and enhance product positioning and messaging that effectively conveys the unique value to target customers.
• Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform overall strategy, messaging, and product direction.
• Define and refine customer personas and journeys to guide segmentation, targeting, and the development of campaigns.
• Collaborate with demand generation to design and support campaigns aimed at driving pipeline, with increasing responsibility for strategy and performance.
• Spearhead and support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for high-value accounts in close coordination with the Sales team.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and adoption, utilizing insights to optimize GTM activities.
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Sales teams to ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, and execution plans.
• Lead efforts in sales enablement by developing impactful tools such as pitch decks, battlecards, and solution narratives.
• 7 to 10 years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on product marketing within a B2B or SaaS context.
• Demonstrated experience in owning and executing GTM strategies for product launches and feature releases.
• Significant experience with ABM and demand generation, collaborating closely with Sales to drive pipeline growth.
• In-depth understanding of customer research, segmentation, and competitive positioning.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging.
• Experience in creating sales enablement content and supporting revenue-generating teams.
• Proficient in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot preferred).
• Strong strategic thinking abilities combined with a hands-on execution approach.
• Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 12% target annual bonus.
