β’ Take charge of positioning, messaging, and storytelling: Define and enhance Yoodli's product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks tailored to various buyer personas, translating intricate AI capabilities into straightforward, benefit-driven narratives. You'll establish the benchmark for how the organization communicates about our mission and significance, actively ensuring that this standard is upheld across channels and teams.
β’ Direct go-to-market and launch execution: Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to design and implement go-to-market and launch strategies for new features, solutions, and partnerships. Drive awareness, engagement, and retention across different segments. You won't just carry out launches; you'll design the strategy, set success metrics, and ensure the organization is aligned and equipped to succeed.
β’ Advocate for customer and market insight: Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to uncover trends, unmet needs, and communication challenges; map user journeys to enhance positioning and product-market fit.
β’ Develop sustainable, AI-enhanced market knowledge: Create and maintain AI-supported repositories of personas, objections, use cases, and competitive insights that preserve and scale institutional knowledge across teams.
β’ Manage product marketing collateral from start to finish: Act as the primary driver for product marketing materials, collaborating closely with the design team to produce high-impact assets. Translate product features into concise creative briefs with suggested visuals while maintaining decks, one-pagers, videos, messaging guides, and FAQs that effectively convey the Yoodli narrative to diverse audiences.
β’ Facilitate experimentation and ongoing feedback loops: Combine human judgment with AI-assisted drafting, iteration, and feedback to enhance speed, consistency, and messaging accuracy.
β’ Over 8 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of leading positioning and go-to-market strategy for complex products in competitive landscapes.
β’ Proven success in spearheading product launches from strategy to execution, including developing the enablement systems that support adoption after launch.

β’ Extensive experience in developing sales enablement materials and empowering revenue teams, including frameworks that are effective across deal stages and buyer personas.
β’ Strong analytical skills, comfortable utilizing pipeline data, win/loss analysis, and customer research to inform strategic choices.
β’ A contemporary approach to the craft. You leverage AI tools and workflows to expedite research synthesis, messaging iteration, and the upkeep of enablement assets, without allowing them to replace the strategic thinking and editorial judgment essential for impactful product marketing management.
β’ Experience in a high-growth startup setting, with the capacity to function at both strategic and operational levels.
β’ A highly collaborative leadership approach, with a history of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
β’ Equity opportunities at a rapidly growing company.
