This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Take charge of the messaging, positioning, and competitive narrative for PAR’s hardware portfolio, repair and hardware services, ISV partner ecosystem, and select international markets.
• Convert hardware capabilities and service-level commitments into operator value, focusing on uptime, throughput, labor efficiency, and total cost of ownership.
• Empower the field teams to confidently sell hardware and services.
• Collaborate with growth initiatives to expand the total addressable market (TAM) for services.
• Create and uphold messaging frameworks for PAR’s hardware portfolio that link product features to operator outcomes.
• Develop a comprehensive library of hardware messaging assets, including product pages, datasheets, comparison guides, and integrated platform narratives.
• Manage the messaging and positioning for PAR’s repair services portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for competitive positioning against alternative service providers and OEM-direct offerings.
• Generate sales materials such as one-pagers, battlecards, and objection-handling guides for hardware and services.
• Lead product marketing efforts for PAR’s ISV partner relationships.
• Offer product marketing support to international markets as required.
• Conduct win/loss analysis for hardware and services transactions.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in product marketing or related B2B SaaS roles, ideally in the restaurant, retail, hospitality, or hardware technology sectors.
• Proven experience in marketing physical products, service portfolios, or platform ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in crafting distinctive messaging that fosters adoption and generates pipeline.
• Strong understanding of competitive analysis, positioning, and buyer segmentation.
• Ability to work with technical product specifications and translate them into operator value.
• Confident communicator at all levels, from sales interactions to executive briefings.
• Self-motivated and excels in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience marketing to restaurant operators, QSR brands, or fast-casual chains.
• Familiarity with ISV partner marketing or marketplace ecosystems.
• Knowledge of the hardware lifecycle: sale, deployment, repair, and refresh.
