This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Messaging and positioning: Develop distinct and clear messaging for the vCluster product suite (vCluster, vMetal, vCluster Platform) within the cloud-native landscape, ensuring alignment of Product and Sales around a unified positioning framework. You will play a vital role in narrating the story of the operating system for AI factories.
• Go-to-market launches: Take full ownership of positioning, messaging, and the end-to-end execution of launches for new products and features, including early-stage products like vMetal that are still defining their sales approach.
• Sales enablement that delivers: Create the messaging, sales strategies, and pitch presentations that the sales team actively uses, and provide coaching to sellers on their execution. This is not merely a training role; you will develop the necessary assets and strategies.
• Content that validates the narrative: Generate and specify top-quality content across various formats: blogs, guides, web copy, videos, and social media-ready assets, in collaboration with design and branding teams.
• Partner and ecosystem marketing: Collaborate with AI Clouds and ecosystem partners (particularly those adjacent to NVIDIA) to transform partnerships into marketing initiatives that drive pipeline.
• Field insight loop: Engage closely with platform engineers, infrastructure managers, and the SE/TAM team to identify objections, friction points, and competitive dynamics, and develop materials that facilitate deal progression.
• Depth in messaging and positioning: You have either developed or refined a messaging framework for a technical product and can present the before and after scenarios.
• Ownership of GTM launches: You have independently managed launches, covering the positioning, materials, enablement, and follow-through.
• Hands-on sales enablement: You have crafted sales strategies, pitch decks, and objection-handling materials that were adopted by sellers, rather than just providing training.
• Fluency in cloud-native or infrastructure: You have experience marketing products within the cloud infrastructure ecosystem (Kubernetes, monitoring, storage, networking, or a cloud provider). While deep Kubernetes expertise is a plus, it is not mandatory; however, you must comprehend how the cloud-native stack integrates.
• Experience in a build phase: You have joined an organization while the function was still being established and can articulate what you prioritized and why.
• A portfolio: High-quality samples of your written work (both long and short form), and ideally architecture diagrams, technical snippets, or videos you have contributed to. We will request these as part of your application.
• Bonus points for: Exposure to AI infrastructure: Experience in marketing to or for AI Clouds or companies focused on AI infrastructure.
• Partner marketing: Experience in executing co-marketing initiatives with significant ecosystem partners.
• Customer-facing experience: Time spent engaging with platform engineering or infrastructure buyers (SE-adjacent, TAM-adjacent, or substantial field exposure).
• Competitive Salary: We provide a competitive compensation package that includes equity.
• Platinum-Level Insurance: Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, including coverage for you and eligible dependents (benefits may vary by country).
• Flexible Working Schedule: Have a doctor’s appointment or need to run errands at 2pm? We understand and won’t have any issues with that. To us, results are more important than adhering to a strict 9-to-5 schedule.
• Workplace Flexibility: We offer significant flexibility regarding your work location. We recognize that life circumstances can change, and we are willing to adapt your work environment as needed.
