• Take charge of the product marketing strategy for essential segments of Arc XP’s platform and AI-driven features.
• Spearhead the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for new products and significant enhancements.
• Manage product positioning, messaging, GTM launches, and sales enablement in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Establish messaging and enablement for intricate buying groups that encompass technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
• Act as the representative voice of the market and our customers.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to convert customer needs into compelling product narratives.
• Promote operational excellence by developing scalable processes and best practices.
• Coordinate with Demand Generation, Brand, Content, and Growth teams to weave product messaging into marketing campaigns.
• Set and monitor success metrics for product launches and GTM initiatives.
• Over 8 years of experience in product marketing, including leadership roles within enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with AI-driven or platform-centric B2B SaaS products.
• Preferred domain and industry expertise in media and media technology.
• 2-3 years of experience mentoring or managing product marketers while contributing to high-performing teams in dynamic growth settings.
• Demonstrated ability to convert intricate technical features into business-oriented messaging for varied audiences.
• Proven track record in developing GTM strategies, launching new products, and achieving measurable awareness, adoption, or pipeline growth.
• Comfortable working across functions with Sales, Partners, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing goals/results at team, executive, and company levels.
• Capable of adapting to shifting deadlines, emerging requirements, policy changes, and the various nuances of product development.
• Proficient in operating at a strategic level to identify new market opportunities and evaluate product-market fit while also executing tactically to ensure project success.
• A clear thinker and communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proven problem solver, skilled at identifying the core of an issue.
• Well-organized and process-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in a technical field.
• A graduate or MBA degree is preferred but not mandatory.
