This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the comprehensive launch planning and execution for new product features, clinical service offerings, additional business lines, and enhancements to patient experiences.
• Act as the advocate for the patient by conducting quantitative and qualitative research among key patient demographics.
• Incorporate patient insights into marketing, clinical, and product strategies.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of patient demographics, the mental health care sector, and the competitive landscape.
• Formulate positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Creative, Operations, and Marketing teams to enhance patient journeys.
• Create materials intended for patients, including emails, website updates, help articles, and educational resources.
• Monitor and evaluate patient engagement, brand awareness, and service adoption metrics.
• Utilize data-driven insights to guide go-to-market priorities.
• Report directly to the Director of Product Marketing.
• Contribute to the development and scaling of the patient product marketing function.
• 4–6+ years of experience in product marketing or consumer marketing roles.
• Ideally, experience within health tech and/or rapidly growing consumer technology companies.
• In-depth knowledge of go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging development.
• Strong skills in both quantitative and qualitative market and audience research.
• Capability to represent the patient perspective throughout the organization.
• Outstanding storytelling and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in simplifying complex topics into clear, consumer-friendly messages.
• Proven experience using AI tools for audience and content insights, content creation, and workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Capacity to navigate cross-functional teams and manage various priorities.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship or transfer requirements will be addressed during the application process.
