This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Identify and validate new business growth opportunities through market research, user insights, competitor analysis, and internal data.
• Launch and scale new web-to-web funnels and unique growth mechanics.
• Plan, execute, and analyze complex A/B tests, assessing their impact on business metrics.
• Develop a roadmap for growth experiments and manage its prioritization based on potential business impact.
• Analyze the entire user journey — from the initial interaction with advertising to purchase and repeat payments.
• Conduct daily monitoring of key metrics, identifying bottlenecks in funnels and discovering opportunities for enhancing conversion, monetization, and ROI.
• Evaluate experiment outcomes using metrics such as CR, ARPU, LTV, CPA, CPM, and others.
• Proactively collaborate with Creative and UA teams to explore new marketing angles, messages, and positioning.
• Work alongside marketing and product teams to improve the connection between creative, funnel, offer, and product.
• Formulate tasks for design, analytics, and development to support the launch of new tests and mechanics, driving their execution to results.
• Participate in building and developing the experimentation system alongside analytics and engineering teams.
• You have over 2 years of experience in a Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or related role.
• You have successfully launched experiments from idea to measurable business outcome multiple times.
• You can identify growth points independently rather than solely relying on an established backlog of hypotheses.
• You possess a strong product and analytical mindset and make data-driven decisions.
• You have a solid understanding of CRO, user behavior, and the principles of building effective web-to-web funnels.
• You have successful case studies of launching growth initiatives that significantly impacted business metrics.
• You understand how performance marketing channels operate and how creative, traffic, and product influence each other.
• You are proficient with analytical tools (Amplitude, GA4, Mixpanel, Tableau, GrowthBook, or similar).
• You exhibit a high level of ownership and feel comfortable in uncertain conditions.
• You are proactive and autonomous in decision-making.
• You enjoy speed, experimentation, and finding unconventional solutions.
• Your English level is B1 or higher.
