This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.
• Create clear and distinct messaging and positioning that connects with ServiceTrade’s primary personas in fire protection and mechanical service.
• Validate and enhance messaging through customer insights, testing, and collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
• Spearhead go-to-market strategies and execution for new product launches and feature introductions, including AI-enhanced functionalities.
• Develop launch briefs, messaging frameworks, and cross-departmental alignment plans to ensure successful adoption.
• Produce high-impact go-to-market content such as pitch presentations, product one-sheets, datasheets, videos, and demo narratives.
• Keep abreast of competitive intelligence regarding key competitors, emerging technologies, and market trends.
• Create and update competitive battlecards, positioning strategies, and insights for Sales and Product teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions using market, customer, and competitive insights.
• Assist Sales with communication strategies, objection management, and persona-specific messaging that enhance win rates.
• Develop engaging narratives for AI features, emphasizing trust, value, and tangible customer impact.
• Experiment with AI-driven workflows to enhance product marketing management efficiency, content development, and go-to-market processes.
• Work together with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure cohesive product storytelling across all customer interactions.
• Synthesize customer feedback, market indicators, and product performance data into actionable insights.
• Act as the internal authority on designated product areas, providing clarity, alignment, and momentum across various teams.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing (or a similar strategic marketing role).
• Demonstrated success in creating product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
• Experience in competitive intelligence, market analysis, and developing competitive tools (battlecards, competitor briefs).
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities; capable of working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident presenter and storyteller.
• Analytical mindset capable of validating messaging, assessing market signals, and making data-driven recommendations.
• Interest in AI and its potential to enhance product marketing processes and customer experiences.
• Preferred: Experience in commercial contracting, field service management, or software utilized by service technicians or operational teams.
