• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new features and significant product releases.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on launch criteria, timelines, and readiness assessments.
• Craft clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Produce launch briefs and coordinate cross-functional teams across Growth, Paid, Lifecycle, and Content.
• Ensure that launches are measurable, impactful, and optimized after release.
• Manage lifecycle strategies across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Create programs aimed at enhancing activation, feature adoption, monetization, and retention.
• Develop frameworks for segmentation and roadmaps for testing.
• Continuously refine messaging, timing, and targeting to boost engagement and lifetime value (LTV).
• Collaborate with Analytics to assess cohort performance and subsequent impact.
• Optimize marketing placements within the app and messaging on the website.
• Enhance conversion flows and discoverability of features.
• Maintain consistent and persuasive messaging across all customer interactions.
• Identify bottlenecks in funnels and implement experiments to enhance conversion rates (CVR).
• Oversee performance metrics related to adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Utilize funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and A/B testing to guide decision-making.
• Convert insights into experimental designs and actionable execution.
• Focus on scalable systems that enhance LTV over the long term.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within a high-growth startup context (fintech preferred).
• Demonstrated success in partnering with Product and Engineering teams in agile settings.
• Extensive hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing across email, push notifications, and CRM platforms.
• Highly data-driven and adept at using analytical tools.
• Growth-oriented mindset — you approach work with a focus on experiments, speed, and measurable results.
• Strong operational skills — you act swiftly, take responsibility, and deliver outcomes.
