📋 Description

• Outline how our products excel in key segments by transforming technical data into value-oriented messaging tailored for specific buyer personas.

• Serve as the 'Voice of the Customer': Integrate market insights and feedback from Sales to guide product positioning and prioritize features.

• Ensure our materials tackle segment-specific challenges and align with the requirements of our primary audiences.

• Enhance the quality of sales tools to guarantee that Sales is fully equipped to succeed.

• Shift the focus from what a product does to why it is significant and how it addresses a client's most urgent challenges.

• Lead and nurture a small team, promoting a culture of innovative problem-solving.

• Collaborate with Product and Sales to spearhead impactful launches and facilitate interdepartmental training.

• Offer continuous support to ensure product collateral and sales enablement resources remain current.

• Investigate and employ AI/ML-driven products and processes that can enhance our efficiency and effectiveness.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within the B2B tech or Telecommunications sectors.

• Exceptional Storyteller: Demonstrated ability to convert complex topics or data into relatable, easily understandable, and persuasive messaging.

• Strategic Thinker: Proficient in market segmentation, product positioning, competitive analysis, and comprehensive GTM planning.

• Proactive Problem Solver: An independent leader who appreciates teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic environment.

• Management Experience: Proven track record in overseeing or mentoring direct reports.
