Senior Product Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Acquire an in-depth knowledge of NovoEd’s offerings for both new and existing products, pinpointing their advantages, distinguishing features, and value propositions, while spearheading go-to-market initiatives.

• Recognize evolving market trends, assess the competitive environment, and adapt to shifting customer demands to facilitate our growth.

• Establish user and buyer personas, focus on their primary challenges, categorize segments, comprehend purchasing behaviors, and analyze competing products.

• Create engaging enterprise messaging and positioning that captivates and informs customers, while guiding our distinct product strategy.

• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop impactful demonstrations and sales support materials.

• Work alongside product managers and developers to launch new features and products successfully.

• Direct cross-functional operational readiness teams to determine pricing, positioning, and sales strategies for new products.

• Evaluate and interpret the competitive landscape for both new and existing products, collaborating with product managers to highlight growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 7 years of marketing experience in a professional capacity, excluding internships.

• Proven experience marketing solution-driven SaaS businesses to large enterprises.

• Background in workforce education or marketing to Enterprise HR is highly preferred.

• Extensive B2B marketing expertise encompassing branding, thought leadership, demand generation, digital marketing, account-based marketing, communications, product marketing, and events.

• Proficient in utilizing data and metrics to drive enhancements and demonstrate outcomes.

• Skilled in steering direction and fostering alignment with cross-functional teams.
