This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive go-to-market strategy and execution for designated platform areas, spanning from product conception to adoption, while driving cross-functional alignment and achieving commercial results.
• Collaborate with Product teams to establish positioning strategies, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning that guide all GTM execution.
• Spearhead cross-functional GTM planning alongside Product, Sales/CX, and Marketing, translating product roadmaps and market insights into impactful commercial programs.
• Lead and implement the sales enablement strategy—creating, managing, and continuously refining the enablement library, which includes pitch decks, ROI calculators, competitive battle cards, objection-handling guides, demo scripts, and solution briefs.
• Design and deliver internal training sessions and sales kickoffs to prepare Sales and Client Success teams on new products, positioning updates, and competitive landscapes.
• Establish and monitor GTM KPIs, including pipeline contribution, win rates, deal velocity, sales enablement adoption, and content utilization.
• Mentor and collaborate with PMM and supporting teams regarding GTM strategy, competitive positioning, and best practices for launch execution.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• An MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 6–9 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS is required, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead PMM role.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or banking technology is strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder software solutions.
• A successful track record in creating high-quality sales enablement programs that significantly enhance sales productivity and win rates.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster organizational alignment regarding GTM strategy.
• Mastery of product marketing disciplines, including positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, persona development, and launch execution.
• Strong capability to drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing in a rapidly growing environment.
• Excellent communication skills—equally proficient in executive-level storytelling and detailed content creation.
• Experience with project management and content tools (Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.).
• A data-driven mindset with experience in analytics to assess and optimize GTM program performance.
• In-depth understanding of financial institution buyer dynamics, especially regarding credit union and community bank decision-making processes.
• Familiarity with Asana and other project management tools for orchestrating complex cross-functional initiatives.
