This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and implement go-to-market strategies for B2B payments technology and financing solutions, increasingly focusing on new SaaS platform capabilities tailored for home improvement trades.
• Craft distinct product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates our offerings across payments acceptance, financial workflows, and overall business operations.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative teams to ensure that product strategy aligns with customer expectations and commercial execution.
• Assist in the go-to-market strategy and execution for early-stage SaaS products, encompassing positioning, messaging, and launch preparedness.
• Spearhead cross-functional launches and adoption initiatives for payments and financing solutions, including new features, programs, and product releases.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to create integrated campaigns that span the customer lifecycle, demand generation, and communications.
• Experiment, refine, and enhance messaging, channels, and tactics to foster adoption, usage, and revenue growth.
• Equip Sales and Account teams with messaging frameworks, pitch presentations, competitive positioning, customer-facing materials, and training resources.
• Facilitate acquisition, activation, and expansion strategies by aligning product messaging with the needs of contractors, SMBs, enterprises, and strategic partners.
• Work hand-in-hand with Sales to fine-tune Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), qualification criteria, and funnel strategies related to payments, financing, and SaaS solutions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs linked to adoption, activation, conversion, retention, and product-led revenue growth.
• Evaluate campaign and product performance, generating insights to continuously refine go-to-market execution.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making throughout product marketing initiatives.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of how contractors and home improvement professionals handle payments, financing, and their daily business operations.
• Conduct research on customers, market trends, and competitors to guide product positioning and influence the roadmap.
• Convert insights into actionable recommendations for the Product, Growth, and Leadership teams.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C product marketing, including at least 4 years of highly relevant experience in fintech, merchant services, payments technology, or financial services platforms is preferred.
• Strong grasp of merchant services or B2B payments, financing products, and the operational requirements of businesses in the home improvement sector.
• Proven experience in supporting early-stage or developing product lines, including contributing to go-to-market strategies prior to full launch.
• Proficient in product marketing, analytics, and campaign management tools.
• Highly analytical with exceptional storytelling, positioning, and messaging skills.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
