This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define the Narrative: Transform our strategy for fraud and payments into clear, impactful messaging that resonates throughout the entire buyer journey and with various personas.

• Expand the Business: Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing, sales, and success teams to enhance win rates.

• Lead Product Debuts: Work alongside Product Management and other teams to outline launch plans, create our strategy, ensure effective communication, and strengthen Forter’s position as a market innovator.

• Collaborate with Field Teams: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Consulting to support live deals and collect real-world feedback. You will convert insights from the field into actionable recommendations that help shape our product roadmap.

• Manage the Win/Loss Analysis: Take ownership of analyzing the reasons behind our wins or losses. You will collaborate with our win/loss vendor to conduct interviews with prospects and disseminate those insights across the company to enhance our win rate.

• Understand the Market: Become an authority on our competitors and customers, translating market trends into actionable insights that keep us ahead of the curve.


⛳️ Requirements

• Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast. Occasional travel will be required for team offsites and industry conferences (2–3 times per year).

• Proven Experience: Over 4 years of product marketing experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or analytics — experience targeting retail and commerce organizations is advantageous.

• Storytelling Skills: You possess a deep empathy for customers and can tailor your communication style to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

• AI Expertise: You know how to utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and amplify your impact without compromising quality, applying this mindset to every task.

• Strong Communication: A demonstrated ability to forge robust relationships with a diverse range of global stakeholders.

• Growth-Oriented Mindset: A proactive individual who can create programs from the ground up, exhibiting a positive attitude and a willingness to complete tasks.

• Inquisitiveness: You have a genuine interest in customers and technology, eager to learn more about both. You delve into the specifics of how our products function, the daily challenges faced by customers, and strive to become an expert.
