This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Develop Strategic Narrative & GTM: Establish the value proposition and messaging for EvenUpās platform, encompassing core capabilities, integrations, and cross-product features. Drive go-to-market strategies that influence positioning, product launches, campaigns, and ecosystem engagement.
⢠Collaborate with Product, Sales & Engineering: Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and enablement teams to ensure alignment on roadmap priorities, messaging, and launch strategies.
⢠Innovate Content & Campaigns: Generate fresh, unconventional ideas for how we convey our story in the marketplace. Create engaging collateral, campaigns, and creative assetsāfrom solution briefs to demos to thought-leadership contentāthat attract attention and resonate with varied audiences.
⢠Foster Strong Customer Relationships: Directly engage with customers to thoroughly understand their needs, workflows, and aspirations. Utilize these insights to enhance messaging, shape campaigns, and craft customer-focused content. Develop advocates who can amplify our narrative through case studies, testimonials, and co-marketing opportunities.
⢠Empower Sales & Internal Teams: Design imaginative enablement materialsāsuch as sales playbooks, competitive insights, one-pagers, solution briefs, presentations, and demosāto empower teams to confidently and creatively articulate platform value.
⢠Manage Launches & Market Expansion: Oversee platform-level launches and promotional initiatives. Explore innovative methods to engage customers and prospects across digital, social, analyst relations, events, and demand generation.
⢠Conduct Research & Competitive Analysis: Perform market research, gather competitive intelligence, and collect customer insights to refine messaging, discover new opportunities, and support strategic planning.
⢠4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, particularly with platform or integration experience strongly preferred.
⢠A creative thinker unafraid to experiment with bold ideas, unconventional formats, and new campaign strategies.
⢠Familiarity with AI-driven products and concepts, along with the ability to convey clear, differentiated customer value.
⢠Strong relationship builder who excels in customer engagement and can translate feedback into meaningful messaging, product, and marketing initiatives.
⢠Effective cross-functional collaborator with experience influencing product, sales, and executive stakeholders.
⢠Analytical mindset comfortable with using data to validate ideas and assess impact.
⢠Ability to succeed in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities.
⢠Proficient in managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
⢠**Nice to haves:**
⢠Experience in platform marketing for legal, personal injury, cloud, data, AI, or integration products (e.g., public cloud platforms).
⢠Familiarity with developer ecosystems, partner channels, or app marketplaces.
⢠Background in enterprise GTM strategies, analyst relations, and field enablement.
⢠Experience in Legal Tech, personal injury, or related industries.
