This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of positioning, messaging, value propositions, and differentiation for assigned products and solution areas.
• Create messaging frameworks and guidance for communications aimed at customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management to convert product capabilities into clear customer advantages and market differentiation.
• Spearhead the go-to-market strategy and implementation for new products, enhancements, pricing initiatives, and strategic programs.
• Formulate launch plans, communication strategies, enablement resources, and supporting documentation.
• Oversee cross-functional coordination among Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Direct messaging and communication planning for product migrations, portfolio transitions, pricing updates, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
• Create audience-specific communication plans and messaging strategies that promote customer adoption and engagement.
• Assist executive leaders by steering initiatives from the planning stage through to execution.
• Design and maintain sales presentations, battlecards, FAQs, competitive comparisons, talk tracks, and other enablement materials.
• Facilitate training and readiness programs for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Offer competitive and market insights to customer-facing teams.
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, and win/loss evaluations.
• Track industry trends, customer demands, and competitor actions.
• Transform market insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership.
• Generate and manage product collateral, website content, case studies, customer stories, partner materials, and related assets.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns, launches, messaging, and enablement initiatives.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for optimization and foster continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or marketing strategy.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and bringing products, programs, or services to market successfully.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and writing abilities.
• Capability to influence stakeholders and achieve alignment across teams without direct authority.
• Experience in creating positioning, messaging, sales enablement resources, and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to guide decision-making.
• Ability to merge strategic planning with hands-on execution and project leadership.
• Background in K-12 education, educational publishing, or education technology is preferred.
• Previous experience in literacy education is an advantage.
