This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and take ownership of the positioning and messaging for product line(s).
• Lead the planning of launches for new features and product releases, encompassing messaging and channel strategy.
• Perform ongoing competitive research and consolidate insights for the GTM and Product teams.
• Represent the Marketing team in product discussions and translate market insights into roadmap contributions.
• Collaborate with Growth and Event Marketing to create integrated campaigns that enhance awareness and drive pipeline.
• Generate content across multiple channels, including blog posts, case studies, and conference presentations.
• Work alongside Sales and CX leadership to assess wins, losses, expansions, and churn.
• Refine positioning and enablement based on customer and revenue insights.
• Develop frameworks and materials that empower AEs, BDRs, and CX teams to implement the GTM narrative.
• Report directly to the Head of Marketing as a senior individual contributor.
• 4–7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally within a growth-stage SaaS company.
• A demonstrated history of managing end-to-end GTM initiatives from positioning to launch and growth, with measurable pipeline and revenue results.
• Familiarity with a sales-led GTM approach.
• Capability to drive cross-functional alignment among Product, Marketing, Sales, CX, and executive leadership.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in translating complex product features into clear, engaging messaging for customers.
• Active utilization of AI to enhance efficiency.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to establish repeatable processes and scalable assets.
• Experience in EdTech or higher education, particularly marketing to Enrollment, Student Success, and/or Admissions teams (preferred).
• Experience as the inaugural or sole PMM in a company, developing programs from the ground up (preferred).
