This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete go-to-market strategy for the Fuels Operations Hub, which includes market segmentation, the development of the ideal customer profile (ICP), launch planning, and competitive positioning.

• Collaborate with Product Management to shape roadmap priorities using market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis.

• Oversee product launches from the planning stage to execution, coordinating efforts among Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

• Establish, track, and communicate essential GTM performance metrics such as pipeline influence, win rates, competitive displacement, and sales cycle efficiency.

• Create distinct positioning and messaging frameworks based on customer research, competitive intelligence, and DTN’s unique data capabilities.

• Convert intricate fuel operations workflows and pricing dynamics into clear, persuasive value propositions tailored for various buyer personas.

• Develop and sustain messaging frameworks that can be applied across web content, sales materials, campaigns, events, and outbound initiatives.

• Perform continuous customer and market research through win/loss analysis, customer interviews, prospect discovery, and advisory discussions.

• Manage competitive intelligence activities, including battle cards, competitor analysis, and regular briefings for the sales team.

• Outline buyer journeys and decision-making processes across significant market segments.

• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI tools, competitive resources, objection-handling guides, demos, and sales strategies.

• Provide training and enablement programs designed to enhance sales effectiveness and accelerate onboarding.

• Assist in strategic sales opportunities through tailored content and direct engagement as necessary.

• Participate in thought leadership initiatives through webinars, case studies, industry events, analyst engagement, and market commentary.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, data, analytics, or technology sectors, specifically within the oil and gas industry.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting complex enterprise buying processes and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success in owning and implementing go-to-market strategies from positioning and launch through measurement and optimization.

• Strong skills in messaging, content development, and storytelling, with the capacity to simplify complex technical concepts.

• Experience in building and scaling sales enablement programs that enhance commercial effectiveness.

• Robust analytical skills with a background in using market sizing, pricing, pipeline, and performance data to guide decisions and strategy.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
