This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert the positioning and narrative into messaging, value propositions, and content, ensuring consistency across campaigns, launches, sales materials, websites, events, and customer communications.
• Simplify intricate AI and cybersecurity concepts into distinct, outcome-focused messaging customized for CISOs, SOC leaders, security analysts, MSSPs, and other essential stakeholders.
• Contribute to defining and promoting the emerging field of autonomous security operations.
• Act as a reliable internal expert on the market, customers, and competitive landscape, including pertinent AI and regulatory trends.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and integrations, translating strategy into target audiences, use cases, launch tiers, success metrics, and activation plans in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Oversee cross-functional launches from planning through execution, ensuring teams remain aligned and prepared for market entry.
• Manage release notes and maintain product and website content to be current, clear, and technically precise.
• Identify opportunities to enhance adoption, expansion, and engagement throughout the product lifecycle, and provide customer and market insights back into product planning.
• Educate the market on the transition to autonomous security operations, helping buyers comprehend the issue, the category, and its significance through content, campaigns, and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing on shared content, ensuring focus and accuracy that aligns with the product.
• Generate content for demand generation initiatives, campaigns, events, executive presentations, and industry programs.
• Propel customer marketing via case studies, testimonials, references, and advocacy, representing the voice of the customer in internal discussions.
• Assist in analyst relations by providing briefings and supporting materials that build credibility with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other influencers.
• Equip Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and partners with the messaging, tools, and training necessary to confidently communicate Dropzone AI's value, including pitch decks, solution briefs, use-case content, talk tracks, outbound messaging, and customer proof points.
• Support partner marketing with co-branded content, enablement materials, and messaging to aid partners in positioning and selling Dropzone AI.
• Lead training for launches, messaging updates, and new use cases.
• Collect field feedback and utilize it to continually enhance messaging and enablement.
• A minimum of 5 years in B2B product marketing, including experience as a senior individual contributor.
• Proven experience in marketing cybersecurity, security operations, AI, infrastructure, developer tools, or another genuinely complex product.
• Ability to create differentiated positioning that translates sophisticated technology into clear customer value.
• Experience leading successful product launches and cross-functional go-to-market strategies from planning to execution.
• Understanding of enterprise purchasing processes, with the capability to message effectively to both technical practitioners and executive decision-makers.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, making complex ideas accessible without oversimplifying them.
• Strong focus on technical accuracy, with a commitment to not releasing content that misrepresents the product's functionality.
• Accountability for outcomes, linking work to pipeline, win rates, and adoption, and comfortable being evaluated on these metrics.
