• Define Value and Convey the Narrative

• Craft engaging product positioning and messaging based on a thorough understanding of procurement personas.

• Emphasize the distinctive business advantages of our solutions in a manner that resonates with both business and technical audiences.

• Act as an enthusiastic spokesperson in webinars, customer meetings, and events.

• Propel Sales Success

• Produce impactful content and tools—from presentations and battlecards to solution briefs and client stories—that empower our field teams to succeed.

• Collaborate with enablement to provide targeted training programs that keep our go-to-market teams skilled and confident.

• Drive Go-to-Market Execution

• Work with Product, Marketing, and Sales to create and launch campaigns and initiatives that boost pipeline growth, adoption, and customer retention.

• Collect and translate market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable strategies that guide product direction and sales focus.

• Advocate for the Voice of the Customer

• Regularly interact with customers and prospects to gather real-world insights, support strategic deals, and identify advocates for case studies and speaking opportunities.

• Utilize customer feedback and market trends to shape content, refine messaging, and influence roadmap decisions.

• Strengthen Leadership Position Through Analyst Relations

• Collaborate with the Analyst Relations and Product teams to create compelling narratives and briefing content that reinforce our leadership in the sourcing and procurement sector.

• Assist in formulating our perspective for analyst evaluations, ensuring our differentiation and value are clearly articulated.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• Over 5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain technology.

• A knack for transforming complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging and market-facing content.

• Experience in leading go-to-market strategies and supporting product launches with measurable business outcomes.

• Strong collaboration skills—you excel at working across teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels, even without direct authority.

• A data-driven approach—you bring clarity to ambiguity, extract insights from data, and utilize them to inform decisions and storytelling.

• Experience in presenting to both internal and external audiences, including sales teams and executive stakeholders.

• A self-motivated attitude with a passion for solving problems, acting swiftly, and achieving results.

• Resilience, adaptability, and an unwavering determination to keep progressing—even when the path is not clearly outlined.

• A high-energy, proactive demeanor—you bring enthusiasm, momentum, and urgency to all your endeavors.
