This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Market intelligence: Conduct continuous market research both internally and externally to identify and communicate market drivers, trends, and possible disruptors.
• Buyer outreach: Engage with buyers to empower the go-to-market teams in implementing buyer-specific strategies.
• Messaging & positioning: Acquire in-depth product knowledge encompassing functionality, integration, and how our solutions address the unmet needs of our buyers.
• Collaboration: Work alongside implementation and support teams to gain a clear understanding of solution adoption, satisfaction levels, and support requirements.
• Insight application: Utilize these insights to guide messaging and positioning efforts.
• Product launches: Provide cross-functional support for product launches of new solutions and enhancements, covering everything from product positioning and asset creation to KPI tracking for cross-functional success.
• Development of tools & assets: Identify and spearhead the creation of new tools and assets for the go-to-market teams.
• Sales enablement: Collaborate with sales enablement to train the sales team on effectively conveying our value proposition to clients and prospects.
• Thought leadership: Continuously develop a comprehensive reservoir of thought leadership insights that articulate our value, ensure consistency in client engagement, and enhance our selling effectiveness in target markets.
• Industry expertise: Proven knowledge in either health systems/hospitals or post-acute/ambulatory/specialties.
• Storytelling proficiency: Ability to connect insights between target markets, buyers, their needs, and the impact of our solutions in a distinctive and effective manner.
• Research enthusiasm: A strong desire to stay informed about market dynamics, buyer behavior, and emerging trends.
• Collaborative spirit: Capability to effectively collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Client Operations teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset: Natural aptitude for focusing on details and managing complex, multi-phase projects to ensure timely delivery.
