• Take charge of market definition, positioning, and core messaging.
• Identify target segments, personas, and competitive positioning, translating them into distinct messaging and narratives for the CIMA platform and its associated products.
• Formulate the go-to-market strategy.
• Steer product direction through market insights.
• Lead the synthesis of market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to shape the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and design solutions in collaboration with the Product team.
• Establish the packaging strategy across the platform.
• Ensure go-to-market readiness throughout the product lifecycle.
• Create enablement resources for go-to-market teams.
• Track in-market performance and provide insights for iterations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in product marketing.
• A solid foundation in product marketing, encompassing market definition, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners, including those in Product, UX, Engineering, Marketing, and Portfolio roles.
• Proficiency in translating market, customer, and competitive insights into clear product direction and messaging.
• Strong analytical abilities linked to business outcomes such as adoption rates, usage, and pipeline performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
• Capability to work independently in ambiguous and evolving product environments.
