β’ Comfort in navigating ambiguity β you have worked in environments where the role was not fully defined, and you know how to establish your own priorities, create structure, and set agendas without waiting for approval.
β’ A genuine talent for cross-functional collaboration, particularly with marketing β you excel at building connections, sharing narrative ownership, and moving quickly without generating friction.
β’ The capacity to create clear and credible "here's where we're going" messaging β you can write a compelling story that builds trust even when all details are not finalized.
β’ The ability to support positioning decisions with data-driven evidence β you can ground messaging strategies in data and customer insights and feel comfortable defending your perspective, even when faced with differing opinions.
β’ Experience working collaboratively across product, sales, and customer success without formal authority β you gather insights from various sources and synthesize them into coherent messaging.
β’ Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage options with generous employer contributions, plus a $500 employer HSA contribution for HSA-compatible plans.

β’ Company-sponsored subscriptions, training, and support for leveraging AI both professionally and personally. We have a dedicated team focused on enhancing our AI capabilities for our team members and customers!
