This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership and implement the go-to-market strategy for life sciences and diagnostics products, encompassing product launches, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
• Cultivate in-depth knowledge of the buyer journey within the diagnostics and life sciences sectors.
• Develop engaging marketing materials such as sales enablement tools, case studies, white papers, product one-pagers, and presentation decks designed for clinical audiences.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical, Product, and Sales teams to translate intricate scientific and technical capabilities into clear, easily understandable value propositions.
• Conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis to enhance product positioning and uncover new opportunities in the diagnostics and life sciences field.
• Establish and monitor key marketing metrics, including pipeline influence, content engagement, win/loss rates, and campaign ROI.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, synthesizing feedback from the field, customer interviews, and advisory boards to guide roadmap priorities.
• Assist in demand generation efforts by contributing to campaigns, webinars, conference participation, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinical advisors, and industry partners to enhance Beacon’s credibility and reach in target markets.
• A minimum of 6 years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare technology.
• Proven ability to devise and implement go-to-market strategies for complex, technical products within regulated industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to translate scientific concepts into engaging narratives for varied audiences.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product, clinical, and sales teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Established relationships with KOLs, professional societies, or clinical networks in the diagnostics or life sciences arenas.
• Background in working at a startup or early-stage company.
